កាស៊ីណូ ហ្គាន់ ដាវ ត្រូវបានរកឃើញប្រព្រឹត្តិបទល្មើសឆបោកតាមប្រព័ន្ធបច្ចេកវិទ្យា (Online Scams) ដែលល្មើសនឹងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិ ដែលមានចែងក្នុងច្បាប់ស្តីពីការគ្រប់គ្រងល្បែងពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា គ.ល.ក. ត្រូវបានសម្រេចដកហូតអាជ្ញាបណ្ណកាស៊ីណូ!
នៅថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ ៩រោច ខែចេត្រ សប្តស័ក ពុទ្ធសករាជ ២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦, លោកឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ត្រី ហ៊ុន តុលា ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានគ្រប់គ្រងបច្ចេកទេសល្បែង នៃ អគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន គណៈកម្មការគ្រប់គ្រងល្បែងពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា (គ.ល.ក.) តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត យ៉េត វីណែល អគ្គលេខាធិការ គ.ល.ក. និងអមដោយថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រី នៃ អគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន គ.ល.ក. បានចុះត្រួតពិនិត្យ ការផ្តាច់ចរន្តអគ្គីសនី និង ការបិទសៀល នៅទីតាំងកាស៊ីណូ ហ្គាន់ ដាវ (Gang Dao) ស្ថិតនៅភូមិ៤ សង្កាត់លេខ៤ ក្រុងព្រះសីហនុ ខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ។
សូមរំលឹកថា នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥, កាស៊ីណូ ហ្គាន់ ដាវ ត្រូវបានរកឃើញថាបានប្រព្រឹត្តិបទល្មើសឆបោកតាមប្រព័ន្ធបច្ចេកវិទ្យា (Online Scams) ដែលល្មើសនឹងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិ ដែលមានចែងក្នុងច្បាប់ស្តីពីការគ្រប់គ្រងល្បែងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។ ដូចនេះ, គ.ល.ក. បានសម្រេចដកហូតអាជ្ញាបណ្ណកាស៊ីណូ តាមរយៈសេចក្តីសម្រេចលេខ ០៣០ គ.ល.ក.សសរ. ចុះថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។
ការបិទសៀលខាងលើ បានប្រព្រឹត្តិទៅ និងបញ្ចប់រួចរាល់ ក្រោមកិច្ចសហការ និងការសម្របសម្រួលពី រដ្ឋបាលខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ, ស្នងការដ្ឋាននគរបាលខេត្ត, អយ្យការអមសាលាដំបូងខេត្ត, កងរាជអាវុធហត្ថខេត្ត និងអង្គភាពពាក់ព័ន្ធ។

On Saturday, April 11, 2026, Brigadier General Hun Tola, Director of the Department of Technical Gambling Management of the General Secretariat of the Commercial Gambling Management Commission of Cambodia (CGMC), representative of H.E. Dr. Yeth Vinel, Secretary General of CGMC, accompanied by senior officials and officials of the General Secretariat of CGMC, conducted an inspection on cutting off the electricity supply, and sealing the premises at Gang Dao Casino, located in Village 4, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville, Preah Sihanouk Province.
It is recalled that on the afternoon of April 5, 2026, Gang Dao Casino was found to have engaged in online scam activities in violation of provisions set forth in the Law on the Management of Commercial Gambling. Therefore, CGMC decided to revoke the casino license by the Decision No. 030 CGMC, dated April 6, 2026.
The above sealing operation was successfully carried out and completed with the cooperation and coordination of the Preah Sihanouk Provincial Administration, the Provincial Police Commissioner, the Prosecution Office at the Preah Sihanouk Court of First Instance, the Royal Gendarmerie, and relevant authorities.
